Max Tundra's 2002 (!) record 'Mastered By The Guy At The Exchange' was a brilliant melting pot of glitchy electronica, sunkissed melodies and tricky time signatures. It somehow managed to retain a wonderful pop sensibility that hasn't been matched on any electronica album I've heard this decade. It's taken the bloke a patient 6 years to release a follow up but it's due to drop later this year on Domino. With some artists you just *know* it's gonna be totally brilliant.
